John Baxter has over 25 years of experience as an investment banker, strategy and management consultant, and operating executive. Prior to LedgeRock, John was a Managing Director at Wharton Equity Partners, a diversified real estate investment firm. Earlier in his career, he was an Executive Vice President and Head of Capital Markets at APR and President of Ladenburg Thalmann, a New York based investment bank.
Mr. Baxter also served as Executive Vice President, Director of the Equity Group, and a member of the Board of Directors at Wheat First Butcher Singer, a regional investment banking firm. He led the investment banking and equity capital markets businesses until Wheat First was sold to First Union Bank in 1998.
John spent over ten years as the Chief Executive Officer of Whitehall Consulting Group, a management consulting firm that focused on leading transformational change for clients in the financial services sector. Whitehall had offices in New York and London. He attended Columbia University.
Paul Del Vacchio has over 30 years’ experience in the hospitality and healthcare industries. He has spent the past 12 years in the healthcare industry working with American Addiction Center, Las Vegas Recovery Center, and Delphi Behavioral Health.
Paul has an exceptional track record of operational, financial and clinical success in the substance abuse and addiction treatment industry. In 2015, he founded California Addiction Treatment Center. CATC developed and managed two industry-leading residential addiction treatment facilities. Under Paul’s leadership, CATC realized top line revenue growth of 40% per year with EBITDA exceeding 30%.
Most recently, Paul co-founded California Behavioral Health, a residential addiction treatment provider located in Palm Springs, CA. As CEO, he has led California Behavioral Health to profitability within the first four months of operation. Paul holds a B.S. in Economics and Accounting from the University of Maryland.
Teddy Baxter oversees all elements of marketing, sales, and communications, including traditional and digital advertising, social media, public relations, collateral development, and alumni services. In addition, Teddy currently serves as Director of Marketing for PAC Program, a leading provider of substance abuse and mental health outpatient treatment programs in New York City.
She has over 10 years of experience working in healthcare real estate, and technology. Prior to joining LedgeRock Advisors, Teddy was Senior Director of Marketing for Douglas Elliman, a real estate company headquartered in New York City that employs over 7,000 agents and has 113 offices nationwide. She was responsible for creating multiple “go-to” marketing strategies including the iconic “Elliman Unlocked Open House Tour Program” that piloted in NYC and generated over $2M in sales the first day. As a result, the program was expanded to include all Elliman offices throughout the US. Teddy also held senior marketing and supervisory positions at The Corcoran Group, Compass, and Media Storm, a marketing and advertising company for the entertainment and retail industries. Teddy holds a B.A. degree from UCLA in Los Angeles, CA.
Brad Greenstein has over 18 years of experience in the behavioral health industry with a focus on leadership, operations, reimbursement strategies, and business development. He has extensive experience with early-stage organizations, and multi-state systems.
Brad served as the New England Regional Director and CEO of the Boston Center for Addiction Treatment for Recovery Centers of America, Inc. (RCA) where he helped develop the business plan and secure over $300M in private equity funding from Deerfield Management. Prior to RCA, he was the SVP of Business Development for Spectrum Health Systems, a multi-state behavioral healthcare system with over $60M in revenues and was CEO of Las Vegas Recovery Center, a nationally recognized substance abuse treatment provider. Brad also founded Recovery Associates, a behavioral health consulting company.
He has served on the board of several community and national non-profit agencies including Foundation for Recovery, PACT Coalition for Safe and Drug-Free Communities, and the National Advisory Board of SelfRefind, a multistate opioid treatment provider. Brad holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Northeastern University.
Dr. Bruce F. Singer is an internationally known consulting psychologist who specializes in the creation, rehabilitation, and evaluation of residential and out-patient addiction and pain management treatment centers. Recognized for producing positive treatment outcomes, he designed and led the clinical program for Urban Recovery, a treatment provider for substance abuse and behavioral disorders. Previously, he was an advisor to VIBE on their launch in Tuscany, Italy, and served as the consulting Chief of Psychology at Crossroads Center Antigua where he shepherded a top-to-bottom modernization of its clinical program. On the pain management side, he was the founding director of the Chronic Pain and Recovery Center at Silver Hill Hospital in New Canaan, CT and re-vamped Pacifica Pain Management’s residential and out-patient programs in Napa Valley, CA. In addition, Bruce is a national PESI clinical trainer for mindfulness, ACT, and CBT approaches to treating chronic pain.
Bruce is the author of Black Duck Moments Every Day, a book of daily affirmations for people with chronic pain and illness and he has recorded and released numerous instrumental music albums. He maintains a boutique private practice in New Canaan, CT, and sits on the Medical Advisory Board of the U.S. Pain Foundation and on the Board of Trustees for Chronic Pain Anonymous. Bruce holds both an MA and Psy.D. from Pepperdine University in Los Angeles, California.
Cole Fach is a licensed real estate broker with over 30 years of experience in commercial property development and acquisition, including site selection, land entitlements, and mixed-use projects. His expertise includes special purpose and hospitality. Cole has developed over 50 commercial properties nationwide with an aggregate value exceeding $85M.
Cole has served in executive positions with Benderson Development / Buffalo Lodging Associates. LLC, Sunburst Hospitality, Choice Hotels International, Inc., and Chalet Susse International, Inc. This multi-disciplined experience gives Cole the unique ability to provide comprehensive advisory services relating to the evaluation, acquisition, and development of commercial properties.
Cole is also the founder of Ground-Up Lodging Development, a hospitality land development advisory firm. He holds a B.S. from the University of Denver.
